Important: unsigned delivery at home implies that no recourse is possible with the post office in case of dispute (Parcel delivered but not received by the customer).

1. DISPATCH AND DELIVERY PROCEDURES

1.1

The products are dispatched only after confirmation of payment by the banking institution of <unk> ON within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days.

This period does not constitute a strict period and KNIT ON will not be liable for any delay in delivery not exceeding 40 days.

In case of delay longer than 40 days, the Customer may request the cancellation of his order; in this case, the price paid will then be returned by KNIT ON.

 

1.2

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form. The Customer shall ensure its accuracy. Any new shipment required by an erroneous address will be the responsibility of the Customer.

 

1.3

A confirmation of shipment of parcels is sent to the Customer by e-mail. This email also contains the tracking link for his order.

KNIT IT shall not be held liable for any problems of delivery, loss or damage of packages which would be the responsibility of the carrier.

 

1.4

KNIT ON pays special attention to the preparation of your orders. If, at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn, opened, the Customer must then verify the condition of the items. If they have been damaged, it is imperative to refuse the package and to mention a reservation on the delivery slip (package refused because opened or damaged). He must then notify these reservations to the Seller by any means, within 3 days of receipt of the parcel.

In the absence of a reservation issued by the Customer at the time of delivery, the products delivered will be deemed to comply with the order (both in quantity and quality).

 

1.5

If a parcel is lost or damaged, an investigation will be requested from La Poste; In the event of compensation, it will be returned to the customer in the form of a gift or refund.

In case of refusal of compensation by the Post Office, the liability of KNIT ON may not be incurred.

 

1.6

The Customer has the possibility of being delivered to his home or to any address other than that of invoicing. The order form offers the registration of another delivery address for each order.

Delivery will only be made in the countries listed on a searchable list at the top of the page.

 

1.7

In France, shipments will be made by Colissimo Domicile with or without signature, Withdrawal Point, Max Letter (for small accessories). For other destinations, orders will be sent mainly by Colissimo Domicile with Signature or by Colissimo Expert (with signature).

 

1.8

Upon receipt of the order, the Customer must verify its contents and report any missing errors or items within a maximum of 3 days using the contact form. KNIT VERIFICATION will then be carried out and a response will be provided within 5 days.

 

2.RETOUR OF THE ARTICLES

 

2.1

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen days (14) from the date of receipt of his order on www.knit-on.fr to exercise his right of withdrawal and return any item which does not suit him. However, an exchange is not possible.

 

2.2

In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product concerned to him at the latest within 14 days of his decision.

   

2.3

The items must be returned intact, in their original packaging, in perfect condition of resale. The items must have been stored in a non-smoking environment or away from any odour. The products returned incomplete, damaged, tried and tested will not be taken up, as well as the wools that have been pelted at the Customer's request.

if the entire order is returned: the Customer will be reimbursed for the total amount of his order (shipping costs included)

If the order is partially refunded: the refund will only concern the amount of the returned items (without shipping costs)

KNIT ON will refund the Customer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return parcel.

 

2.4

2.5

The Customer will ensure the correct receipt of the items returned by KNIT ON, which cannot be held liable for a loss of parcels.

Any liability for loss or damage of the products during the return transport will remain with the Customer.

 

3 RETURN DUE TO SELLER'S ERROR

 

3.1

If the Customer finds an error in his order, he undertakes to contact KNIT ON within 3 days of receipt of the order via the contact form specifying the reference of the product concerned and the invoice number. The Seller will send by e-mail a good prepaid Colissimo return to print and paste on the return package of the item and will send by return mail the product conforming to the original order.

  

4 DEFECTIVE ARTICLES

 

4.1

If, despite the care taken to prepare the order, the Customer should find that a product is sent with a defect, the Customer must inform the Seller within 3 days of receipt of the order via the contact form, specifying the nature of the defect and the invoice number. If the defect is found, the Seller will send a compliant item to the Customer.

 

4.2

In addition to complying with the time limits and procedures described in Articles 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3, the return of the products, in the case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, shall be considered to be effected correctly if the following conditions are fully complied with:

the Customer informs the Seller of his willingness to exercise his right of withdrawal via the Contact Form by informing the number of the order and the products concerned.

The returned products must be intact, undamaged, untreated or damaged in their original packaging and not have been in contact with a smoking environment, which would jeopardise further marketing.

the products must be returned completely and not used and labelled.

The products must be sent to the Seller in one shipment. The Seller reserves the right not to accept items of the same order, returned and shipped at different times.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to books, magazines and models as well as to downloadable products.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to wools that have been pelted at the customer's request.

 

4.3

In accordance with article L. 221-28 of the Code de la Consommation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on any supply of goods and order of products made and personalized at the customer's request.
